Account Deletion Process

Option 1: Automatic Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Make sure you have received your parcel.

  2. Uninstall the app from your device.

  3. Once the app is uninstalled, your account and personal data will be automatically deleted from our server.

No additional action is required.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you have received all your parcels before uninstalling the app.

  • After deletion, your account cannot be recovered.

  • If you reinstall the app later, you will need to create a new account.
